A Moment of Reflection

Often when we are presented with the experience of an insatiable dream, or an implacable attitude toward the destinations of our tomorrows, we make the mistake of sharing those powerful moments and visions with uninitiated minds. When we do, suddenly, from every angle, we receive the turbulence of negativity and postulations on the impossibility of realizing anything that we’ve set our minds and souls to achieve. The voices of “cannot” and “should not” begin to testify about the many challenges they encountered on the road to destiny, but the truth about how much effort they exhausted, or how much commitment they cemented on their plans, or how much confidence they exhibited, or how they delved and indulged in great distraction from success always seems vague and non-specific.  As they spew the venom of yesterday, and the poison of right now, our own thoughts can become distorted and the blueprint that was once our foundation becomes the dust pile of shattered possibilities. These infiltrations of blind damnation of our destiny, and bellowing complaints of our unwillingness to listen, can connect to the vines in the crevices of our own consciousness and obstruct the light of destiny.  When this happens, we need to cut those ties to the uninitiated by the roots and water the ground of our living with initiated thoughts and elevated unyielding communication to the contrary. The era of low brow thought patterns, despicably appalling dialogue, and inspiration killing attitudes can be eliminated and eradicated as we become more willing to exert our illuminated dominance over their presence and execute our power to quiet them like and assassins bullet.

One of the most effective means of silencing the uninitiated is to create such a fertile ground in our psyche that corrupted roots will only suffocate in the soil of our consciousness. Creating a psychological and physiological environment of forward thinking, elevated directional movement, and systematic goal setting will allow our minds to be nourished with destiny oriented breath. No circumstance, ill-mannered commentary, or willful sabotage will withstand a consciousness of substantial awareness and illumination. The roots of growth and the branches of greatness cannot be cut, interrupted, or infiltrated when the tree of knowledge and the seeds of advancement are watered continuously and the gardening of the future is vigilant. We often make the mistake of leaving the gardens of our present moment and the fields of our emerging transformation to the devices of unskilled and untrained personalities who will never water our good earth and never filter out the corruption that can usurp our harvest. We must be the committed guardian to the vast acreage of our possibilities. We must find the good rivers of thought and direct them toward the thirsty dreams within our beautiful and bountiful imagination. We are the engineers of everything that we dream and therefore “we” must be the soldiers that protect those dreams.

Tomorrow is ours, we cannot let anyone take it from us.

A Moment of Reflection

Imagine yourself at the summit of the highest mountain your imagination can materialize and then imagine the scenic picture of the entire world at the base of that mountain waiting on your arrival from the cloudy mist of imaginative heavens. Now imagine releasing the pillar of insecurity and irrelevant circumstances that imprison you and that impair your ability to become the drop of life altering water that quenches the thirst of every parched throated dream you’ve ever had. That leap off the precipice into the river of innumerable realized dreams is the entrance to a journey, and the crossing of a threshold of experience, that speaks the language of an extraordinary life. For too long we have spoken the language of impossibility and impasse. For too long we have night-mared ourselves out of using the language of unstoppable determination and joined the rank and file who speak the destructive language of unattempted, unfinished, and deconstructed dreams. We’ve adopted this language particularly because we live in a society of neo-apathetic personalities and microwave mentalities that rage constantly about the state of affairs in which they live and want to recruit those of us who dream and aspire into their misery filled multifaceted memberships. 

But here we are at the precipice of everything we can acquire and we question the validity of our dreams, the substance of ourselves, and the revelation we’ve all experienced and consciously avoided. That revelation gave us a glimpse of the reality that we can erect and realize with only a speck of commitment. That revelation allowed us to look from beyond the paralysis of negative thought into the realm of realism and relevance. It would be the greatest tragedy to ignore the emerging tapestry and unbreakable strings of destiny that lives within the depth of our inaction. It would serve as the destruction of a beautiful future, for ourselves, and for the others whom are forever changed by our existence, by dismissing the earth shattering brilliance that is illumined by our consciousness. What comes next is the leap off of our imagination into the limitless sky of new reality. This leap should not be predicated on what we can obtain from immersing ourselves in the waters of life, but it should founded on the imprint we will leave in the hearts and minds of all of those who followed our courage to the deep oceans of incredibility. Our paralysis will not only deny ourselves the access to phenomenal destinies but also impede the path of others connected to us that are frozen in apathy and broken by self-inflicted wounds. We must leap into the void of tomorrow and land on the earth of our terrestrial possibilities.  

Leap and change everything.
